IDIQ Job Order Contract at NAS Lemoore The base contract was to provide a quick response contracting vehicle for small to medium size, non-complex projects in support of Naval Air Station Lemoore, Calif.

Repair Road Underpass & Bridge at Taxiway "A" The project was a very FAST TRACK (28 calendar days) design-build project calling for the removal and replacement of pavement/roadway underneath an existing and operating Taxiway at Lemoore NAS.

Repair South Base Bldg. 151 The project for the US Army Corps of Engineers was to renovate the first floor lobby, entrance doors and stairwell, restrooms, offices, communication room, secure offices, janitor closet, common work areas, conference rooms, kitchen, upgrade security, and all rooms on the second floor of building 151 including the stairwell, bathrooms, break rooms, offices, first floor entrance doors, conference rooms, and common areas.

Construct System Integration Facility The facility is to be used as a laboratory to work on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The requirement is to get them out of the sun and wind and to perform electronic work and device attachment to the UAV.

POCA 0078 for Sacramento District Corps of Engineers This contract is for Performance Oriented Construction Activity (POCA), IDIQ Contract, primarily for use in the Sacramento District's military and civil works boundaries, including other locations within the South Pacific Division.

POCA 0023 for LA District Corps of Engineers This contract is for Performance Oriented Construction Activity (POCA), IDIQ Contract, primarily for use in the Los Angeles District, but may be used for work at other locations within the South Pacific Division. Three task orders have been issued against this POCA thus far.

Window Replacement, Defense Language Institute The task order is to refurbish windows in numerous buildings at the Defense Language Institute (DLI) in the Presidio of Monterey Historic District.

RUFMA Lighting In July 2012, we completed this lighting replacement and solar photovoltaic installation project awarded for $2,696,780 on Sept. 28, 2011.

Repair and Maintenance IDIQ for NASA This contract is for the repair, additions, alterations, and maintenance of commercial and institutional buildings including various mechanical systems (general construction, HVAC, plumbing and electrical) for Dryden Flight Research Center and Dryden Aircraft Operations Facility, Edwards AFB, Calif.

Fencing IDIQ Contract, Naval Base Ventura County This contract is to install new or replace existing fencing and gates at various locations under the cognizance of Naval Base Ventura County (NVBC), Calif.
