T. Simons Co. Inc. has established a policy of independent quality inspections of all work, including that of its subcontractors. Our quality control personnel are under supervision of a Registered Professional Engineer, as required, who reports only to the president of the corporation. In this manner, you may be assured there is no substitute for close attention to every project detail.

 

To ensure quality construction by our subcontractors, each project manager is CQC certified by the US Army Corps of Engineers, and all certifications are regularly updated.

It is the policy of T. Simons Co. Inc. to provide a safe working environment. All practical measures are taken to prevent damage to personnel, property and equipment, so that work interruptions can be avoided and to ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and requirements. Our safety record is excellent, well above industry standards.

Our bonding capacity is sufficient to support $5 million dollar single and a $15 million dollar aggregate in 2010. The company carries “A” rated general liability insurance, workers compensation, and vehicle insurances.
